Authorized partner of Schneider Electric Romania, Watt Unit designs and builds electric panels in conformity with SR EN 60439.1. Every panel is audited to a rigorous, quality assurance/quality control checklist:

4. Thermal limits check;
5. Dielectric properties check;
6. Continuous short circuit current check;
7. Protection circuit reliability check;
8. Checking air insulation distances , a surface insulation distances

10. Checking the degree of protection. *Tests provided by panel manufacturer.;

Site supervisor:
– Check projects and their quality;
– Finds any shortcomings and seek clarifications / completions from engineer;
– Check for decisive stages in project and program quality control;
– Check for the building permit;
– Follows the execution of construction in accordance with the provisions included in the technical design, drawings, memos, brochures, specifications, contractual caluzes etc;
– Participate in selection of providers, equipment and materials for the project execution;
– Provides technical assistance and advice to the beneficiary and executor;
– Organizes and governs meetings conducted during the decisive phase;
– Draws up the minutes of phases (their signing by all stakeholders);
– Follows the execution of works in accordance with the schedule attached to the contract;
– Check and approve the payment / payment certificates;
– Check and accept the variation orders as required by the Engineer / Employer;
– Participate in partial and total commisioning of work performed;
– Ensure compliance with safety procedures on site;
– Maintain relationships with subcontractors and local authorities;
– Follow compliance of execution technology.

Project manager:

– Is responsible for the successful implementation of project activities and achieving planned results;

– Proposes, chooses and adapts the set of project procedures and forms (methodology) after the project will commence;

– Weekly supervision and management of the project team (made up of contracted providers and staff of the beneficiary);

– Participate in various meetings and events concerning the project.

– Is responsible for project management — organizational and conceptual;

– Ensure proper communication, discussion and feedback between the different participants in the project;

– Draws up detailed work plans monthly and ensures their implementation;

– Ensure the timely execution of activities;

– Organizes and coordinates the procurement of goods and services in the project;

– Supervises the activities and makes shure they are on schedule;

– Facilitates cooperation between participants in the project;

– Performs works and studies according to personal expertise;

– Must ensure the project set parameters: time requirements, cost, quality level, etc.

– Organizes and runs the project management regarding standards and legislation in force:

1. organizing and carrying out the project: initiating, planning, monitoring and closure of the project (Project Integration Management);

2. specifying deliverables and requirements management, planning and getting approval (Scope Management);

3. developing and managing the execution schedule (Time Management);

4. achievement and budget management (Cost Management);

5. deliverables quality assurance and control, verification and inspection (Quality Management);

6. organizes the collection, distribution, storage information, organize project meetings, getting project minutes (PV), project status reporting. (Communication Management);

7. identify, analyze and monitor risks (Risk Management);

8. organizes manages the project team (HR Management);

9. organizes procurement (selection and contracting of suppliers) and manages closed contracts (Procurement Management).
